Important Information

All products are made to order and are therefore non returnable.   Please ensure you have checked the measurements of an item before ordering. Due to our pieces being handmade, there may be a small discrepancy within the overall dimensions of the piece.

Despite our best efforts, some fabrics do not photograph well, and do not truly show the vibrancy of the colours. A small swatch of fabric will be sent to the delivery address on receipt of an order to ensure customer satisfaction. This swatch will be sent by Tracked post and the customer has 72 hours from receipt to cancel the order. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted.

Please note the exact positioning of the fabric may vary. This ensures we are able to offer the most competitive price to our customers, but we will always ensure the most aesthetically pleasing placement possible.

Most products are made to order, Dispatch time will be 3 to 4 weeks depending on availability of materials.

 

FAQs

Do you have a physical shop?

Unfortunately, no. I have a workshop at home but customers are welcome to come and view items by appointment.

 

Can products be made in any of the fabrics shown on the website (even if not listed)?

Yes. we are happy to make up products in any of the fabrics on our website even in the permutation isn’t listed. If you can’t see what you want, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

 

Can you use a fabric I already have on upholstery?

No, sorry. we can only use fabrics we have purchased that we know comply with the relevant fire regulations. We can however, work together to identify a compliant fabric is there is something specific you have in mind.

 

Do you re-upholster customer pieces?

Unfortunately, no. All our items are made from frame up to ensure they comply with UK Fire Regulations.

 

Do you only sell / post to Great Britain?

Yes, Despite complying with all UK safety regulations, following the introduction of GPSR we are currently unable to post products to Northern Ireland and the EU. At the moment, we only ship to the GB mainland. This will be under review going forward.
